Christophe Rene Juergen Heldeis, Managing Director. Christophe obtained his Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (Major in Economics and Project Management) in 1993 and Master Degree in Computer Science in 1995 at Sabel Academy, Munich in Germany. Christophe started his career as Software Developer with BSC Bueroautomations AG in 1989. In 1998, he moved to Singapore and joined Hewlett Packard (S) Pte Ltd as Solution Architect. Christophe is one of the founders of Ruling Technologies Pte Ltd and currently holding the position of Director since 2002.

Rio Kong Ai Yian, General Manager. She is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). She started her career in 1991 with Shriro Paper (M) Sdn Bhd, a paper trading company, as Accounts Executive. In 2005, she joined Grand Central Enterprises Berhad, a company involved in the provision of hotel services, assumed the position of Financial Controller. Rio decided to join the organization at the end of 2005 as a pioneer member and responsible for all administrative and financial functions of the Company.
